SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders . All orders will be processed within  1 week . The jackets will be sent in special cardboard boxes for maximum protection. 

Standard delivery : Please allow 6-9 business days for delivery.

All orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Delivery times might be slightly longer in certain remote areas. 
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note:

  • Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all additional charges: (taxes, import taxes or customs fees).

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders to the United States or internationally.
     

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately as per our store policy, Cancellation and Refunds are not possible against any order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@Stealle.com
 

To validate your exchange, please include in your email the information below:

  • Order number

  • Style name

  • Color

  • Size

  • Return reason among the following: too small, too big, wrong colour, article or defect (with a description of the issue).

Not applicable exchanges

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $125, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INFORMATION

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will be released.
